Notice of Management Structure Change (Appointment of Representative Director / Appointment of Chief Wisdom Officer)

Interbeing Inc. hereby announces the following changes to its management structure effective January 7, 2026.

New Management Structure (Effective January 7, 2026)

Representative Director / CEO & Co-Founder: Hiroko Onari

Chief Wisdom Officer (CWO) / Co-Founder (Former Representative Director): Shoukei Matsumoto

Hiroko Onari, as Representative Director, will assume responsibility for the company's business and organizational operations. Shoukei Matsumoto, as Chief Wisdom Officer (CWO), will lead the exploration and societal implementation of our company's philosophy and ideology, driving value creation for our products and businesses from a “philosophical perspective.”

Interbeing will continue to pursue our mission of “creating a society where everyone can work happily through data and Buddhist philosophy.” We will engage with diverse data related to people—such as voice, emotion, and behavior—and support the creation of organizations where working individuals can fully utilize their abilities.
