Theme: Corporate Industrial Monk Dialogue Services: Mental Healthcare Centered on Buddhist Monks

Following this achievement, our CEO, Shoukei Matsumoto, took the stage at the "Excellence Award Winners Presentation" held on Friday, February 21, 2025. He presented our award-winning initiative: "Corporate Industrial Monk Dialogue Services centering on Buddhist Monk Mental Healthcare."

[Presentation Overview and Our Approach] Modern enterprises face deepening issues regarding loneliness and stress-induced burnout. Preventing the turnover of high-performing employees, in particular, has become an urgent challenge.

Interbeing offers a unique solution that combines the "dialogue skills of monks" with "AI voice analysis" to facilitate regular dialogue sessions and visualize stress levels. Our approach is rooted in the Buddhist concept of Engi (dependent origination/interdependence), which views individual issues as being influenced by their environment and relationships. The judges highly commended our dual approach of utilizing both data analytics and human dialogue to address these complex issues. Encouraged by this award, we will continue to evolve our technology from our base in Kyoto and expand both domestically and internationally. We remain committed to our challenge as a "Good Ancestor Company," striving to create a society where working people can unleash their full potential with peace of mind.
