Kyoshin Community Bank Seminar: Decoding Workplace Relationships and Well-being Through Voice
We are pleased to announce that our CEO, Shokei Matsumoto, and CAO, Hiroko Taisei, will be speaking at a seminar hosted by Kyoshin Community Bank. The theme of their talk is "Decoding Workplace Relationships and Well-being Through Voice."
The atmosphere of a workplace, the motivation of employees, and the signs of burnout—these all manifest in our voices. In this seminar, we will introduce a fresh approach to assessing an organization's relationships and state of well-being by blending Buddhist philosophy with the data science of AI voice analysis.
The lecture will offer a new perspective on human relationships—a key element for improving the quality of management and team operations. It will combine the Buddhist concept of "engi" (dependent origination) with practical organizational analysis, including network science (the science of human connections) and AI voice burnout detection. Attendees will be prompted to find answers to critical questions, such as:
Are managers truly information hubs, not just listeners?
Are there isolated individuals within your team?
This seminar is the perfect opportunity to reflect on these questions and gain valuable insights.
